The mission of J. M. Bevins Elementary, in partnership with parents and community, is to promote a sense of responsibility and self-discipline.  It is our desire to cultivate a strong foundation for life-long learning that will enable all students to reach their maximum potential as productive citizens in a rapidly changing society.
